We love this land, but…

…we are growing (no pun intended) and in need of a property to purchase!

While this place has been a beautiful starting point and we’ve made a ton of wonderful friends and beautiful memories, we are still renting and are looking to buy. We are in it for the long haul.

If you know of any options within 45 minutes of Peoria, please let us know! You can scroll down for details on our farmland needs and wishlist.

Our ideal farm includes:

  • 5-20 acres

  • A house and outbuildings would be ideal, but not 100% necessary.

  • Electricity and a reliable water source are essential; we need a well with a good flow rate that doesn't run dry during drier periods of the year (this is a key factor in our urgency).

  • We are hoping for at least 3 tillable acres in primarily full (or mostly full) sun that were previously farmed organically, in sod, or in pasture.

  • We need to avoid conventionally farmed ground (we’ve fought that battle long enough), so the land would ideally not border conventionally farmed fields for fear of spray drift. Preferably it would be bordered by trees/shrubs rather than conventionally farmed corn/soybean grounds.

Our standards are high because we are committed to bringing you premium produce grown with integrity.

We are grateful for any leads you can share with us (reach out here if you have any) so we can continue serving you for many years to come.

Thank you for your continued support of small-scale regenerative farming!
